Holy Name Parish offers Faith Formation for youth of the parish from Preschool through Grade 8. During the COVID19 pandemic, Holy Name Faith Formation is a virtual home-study program. This faith growth and enrichment is made available by participation in one of the following:
Attendance at Holy Name School (pre-School and grades 1 – 8)
Participation in Holy Name Religious Education classes for preschool children and students grades K – 8 who attend non-Catholic schools
A Home Study Program arranged through the Faith Formation Office for special circumstances. (Students attending Kensington, Sacred Heart Academy, or U of D Academy must contact the Religious Education Office to register for Sacrament preparation

Holy Name Parish provides opportunities for children to prepare for and receive the Sacraments of Initiation - Holy Eucharist, Reconciliation, and Confirmation. Typically, second graders prepare to celebrate First Eucharist and Reconciliation; older youth (Grade 8 students) prepared to celebrate Confirmation.
